The inception of Krivic House became an adaptation of Krivic Built, committed to providing diverse, intelligent and efficient homes, adopting the same inherited attitudes and beliefs of the Krivic Built ethos.
The development of our pre-designed homes has been a collaborative effort between the Krivic House personnel and renowned Adelaide/Sydney based, award winning architectural firm Architects Ink. The foundation of our relationship spans more than 10 years, working side by side in establishing a mutual understanding and admiration for each other in our respective fields.

THE PROCESS
It starts with an initial consultation, we listen and learn from each other and develop an understanding about your aspirations of your newly appointed home.
We establish your current situation and discuss your expectations alongside our 'one step at a time' philosophy which ensures that you fully understand the process that needs to be undertaken prior to making your final decision.
Once in construction phase we keep you fully informed and up-to-date with every step moving forward. It becomes a 'working relationship' from our initial consultation right through to the moment we hand over the keys to your new home.
Our experience and development in the industry spans more than 30 years and over this period we have established close relationships with a large network of top class trades, suppliers and building professionals.
